A targeted direct marketing / cross media campaign was implemented to generate qualified sales leads for a new pipetting workstation. Campaign elements included versioned self-mailers, mini website with lead generation survey, promotional gift for survey respondents, and fulfillment literature. The campaign exceeded communications objectives.
