A targeted 1:1 direct marketing / cross media campaign was implemented to create market awareness of a new reagent and its unique features/benefits. It was also designed to generate sample requests. Print and online advertising, a mini website, and 1:1 direct mail were used. The campaign exceeded objectives for qualified requests.
