A targeted direct marketing / cross-media campaign was implemented to generate high quality sales leads for new titration automation instruments. Campaign elements included versioned self mailers, a mini website with online survey, promotional gift for survey respondents, personalized fulfillment package. The campaign significantly exceeded objectives for response and lead generation.
